What this inbox is not for

  • Medical advice or triage. We are not clinicians. If you need medical advice, call NHS 111 or your GP. In an emergency call 999.
  • A&E booking or queue position. A&E does not work that way — you cannot book a place. Walk in or call 999 if appropriate.
  • Complaints about NHS care. We are not the NHS. Concerns about treatment received at an NHS hospital should go through that trust’s PALS service or via nhs.uk feedback & complaints.
